Shane had a plan for every possibility during the 4-week marketing campaign and during the auction which gave me great peace of mind. My home sold under the hammer on auction day and I am just thrilled with the result and with how the auction was conducted. His team – Antonio, Michaela and Paul (auctioneer) were absolutely first class. Paul the auctioneer was brilliant, he spoke to all the advantages of this area including the aspect which made for wonderful summer get togethers on the deck without cooking in the western sun.
